GST delivers engineered turnkey thermal spray systems for industrial coating applications, from initial process definition and system layout to installation, commissioning and operator training. Each project is developed around the required coating process, component geometry, production rate and level of automation.

Robotic APS Coating System
A complete robotic atmospheric plasma spray cell developed for repeatable coating of industrial components.
The project included an APS process system, industrial robot, programmable workpiece positioner, powder feeding system, cooling unit, acoustic spray enclosure, extraction and filtration system, and centralized process control. Automated recipes and synchronized robot motion enabled repeatable spray paths and stable production conditions.
Project scope: Engineering, system integration, assembly, software configuration, factory testing, commissioning and operator training.
Automated HVOF Production Cell
A turnkey HVOF installation designed for the application of wear- and corrosion-resistant coatings in serial production.
The system integrated the HVOF spray process, powder feeding, robot motion, component positioning, process-gas control, cooling, spray booth and exhaust filtration. The production cell was configured so that spray parameters and motion programs could be stored and recalled for repeatable processing of different component types.
Project scope: Process configuration, mechanical and electrical integration, automation, safety systems, commissioning and production start-up.
VPS 3000 Vacuum Plasma Spray System
A complete vacuum plasma spray solution developed for coatings requiring a controlled low-pressure atmosphere and reduced interaction with oxygen.
The project combined the VPS process chamber, plasma spray system, vacuum and inert-gas functions, powder feeding, component handling, cooling, process monitoring and centralized control software. The system architecture allows coating parameters and operating sequences to be managed from a common control platform.
Project scope: System engineering, chamber and process integration, automation, software setup, testing, commissioning and personnel training.
From Process Requirement to Production
GST turnkey projects are developed as complete production systems rather than collections of individual machines. Mechanical design, process equipment, automation, motion control, utilities and safety functions are engineered to operate as one coordinated solution.
Projects can be configured for APS, VPS / LPPS, HVOF, flame spray and arc spray, with manual, mechanized or fully robotic operation depending on the application and production requirements.
